La Sasso entered South Africa having finished 55th in each of his last two LIV Golf outings, and the 21-year-old American has finished T32 or worse in four events in his debut season. It looked like that trend would continue, but he came alive over the final two days of the tournament with back-to-back eight-under 63 rounds for his best finish of the season. La Sasso struggled off the tee, but he finished third in birdies made, T10 in putts per hole and 12th in driving distance. He'll look to carry that momentum into the next LIV Golf tournament, which tees off April 16 in Mexico.
