ANALYSIS
Armitage's best round of the tournament came Saturday with a six-under 66 round. He was five-under through first 17 holes of the final round, but he lost his hold of solo third after a double bogey on the par-4 18th. Armitage still came away with his best finish of the 2026 DP World Tour season and led the field at Mission Hills in both SG: Off-the-Tee and SG: Tee-to-Green while finishing third in GIR, sixth in SG: Around-the-Green and ninth in SG: Approach.
