Solo second at Hainan Classic
Campillo posted a one-under 71 during the final round of the Hainan Classic on the DP World Tour to finish solo second and one stroke back of winner Jordan Gumberg.

Campillo had the chance to force a playoff, but he wasn't able to convert on his birdie putt on the par-4 18th. It was another strong outing for Campillo, who has finished in the top-20 in five of his last seven DP World tour events. He's in the field for the Hero Indian Open next week.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Campillo got off to a strong start early in 2023 with a stretch of golf that went T4-Win-T9-T3-8th. His only other top-10 finish the rest of the year was a runner-up att he Qatar Masters to help secure his 2024 PGA Tour card. The 37-year-old will more than likely be battling in the fall to keep his PGA Tour card for 2025 considering that he is still yet to make a cut in seven career starts at major championships.
