Injuries: Joe Alt (ankle), Rashawn Slater (knee)
Out for Season:
Depth Quality Poor
Fantasy Impact: The Chargers' 2025 season ended, in earnest, with the loss of Pro Bowl LT Rashawn Slater for the year due to a torn patellar tendon just days after he inked a four-year, $114 million extension in August -- the team just didn't know it yet. Any hopes beyond that point have been dashed by the subsequent season-ending injury of Joe Alt, who had stepped in for Slater at LT. Getting both tackles back to full health for 2026 will provide optimism enough, but HC Jim Harbaugh and new OC Mike McDaniel also began free agency by fully revamping the interior, re-signing Trevor Penning at LG (rather than fill in at tackle), and bringing in new faces in C Tyler Biadasz, RG Cole Strange, and second-round rookie LG Jake Slaughter. If healthy, this unit looks like a lock for top-5 upside, a reality that could propel QB Justin Herbert and RB Omarion Hampton into the elite stratospheres of production.

Injuries: Alex Forsyth (ankle), Matt Peart (knee), Nick Gargiulo (ACL)

Depth Quality: (T): Good
Fantasy Impact: After a successful rookie campaign from QB Bo Nix, Denver felt correctly motivated to upgrade what was already a high-end protective front, paving the way for an ACF Championship Game appearance in 2025. LT Garrett Bolles and RT Mike McGlinchey remain this O-line's pillars, but the unit has been better in pass protection than run blocking under head coach Sean Payton. Health permitting, Denver is in the mix as potentially the best pass-blocking unit in the league, and veteran J.K. Dobbins (re-signed), RJ Harvey in Year 2, and rookie fourth-rounder Jonah Coleman promise an improved running game. The addition of Jaylen Waddle alongside WR Courtland Sutton provides this offense all the necessary pieces for Nix to take a true step forward, and he has elite protection in place while working to do so.

Injuries: Lane Johnson (foot), Myles Hinton (back), Willie Lampkin (knee)
Out for Season:
Depth Quality Good
Fantasy Impact: The Eagles' offensive identity has long revolved around a dominant O-line, a philosophy that in 2024 allowed a seamless transition toward a vision centered on RB Saquon Barkley, rather than wideouts A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. A Super Bowl LVII victory is proof enough that Philadelphia's recipe for success, but since then C Jason Kelce's retirement has loomed large, as does the fact that RT Lane Johnson is heading into his age-36 season and was limited to just 10 appearances in 2025 due to injury. Still, QB Jalen Hurts' considerable athleticism provides cushion for protection struggles. Health permitted, there's no reason to believe this O-line will provide less than top-5 upside heading into 2026, but cracks are beginning to show.

Injuries: Ozzy Trapilo (knee), Kiran Amegadjie (elbow)
Out for Season:
Depth Quality: Excellent
Fantasy Impact: Last offseason, Ben Johnson's arrival coincided with the Bears going all-out in free agency to prioritize a revamped O-line. That turned out to be a top-5 unit in 2025, paving the way for Caleb Williams to take a significant step forth and D'Andre Swift and Kyle Mongangai to output a dominant rushing attack. Chicago's initial priority of the 2026 offseason has been to maintain that level of success up front, with free-agent signee Garrett Bradbury and rookie second-round pick Logan Jones being brought in to quickly stabilize the surprise retirement of C Drew Dalman. LG Joe Thuney and RG Jonah Jackson remain an elite tandem, and both Braxton Jones and Ozzy Trapilo look like options at LT for 2026, while Darnell Wright has developed into a solid option at RT. This O-line will remain the foundation of a Bears offense ready to take the next step in 2026.
