Wilson is something of a polarizing IDP option. He struggles in coverage and doesn't provide much in terms of pass rush, but he's a reliable tackler and is arguably an elite run defender. Between that and his secure role in the Bengals' defense, he's managed to reach 100 total tackles in each of the last four seasons. The story will remain the same entering 2025, as Wilson's importance to the unit is likely to be even more pronounced after the offseason departure of Germaine Pratt. If Wilson can remain on the field, he should be in for a massive season. That's no given considering he's played 13 or fewer games in three of his five pro seasons, but Wilson looks to be healthy entering training camp after knee surgery ended his 2024 season prematurely.
