The Ohio State product could go even higher in the top 10 by Bowen's own admission, but he sees the Bengals as the best fit for the team and player. Bowen feels Downs would be an "interchangeable safety" under defensive coordinator Al Golden, having the ability to rotate low in single-high zone while also playing over the top when necessary and creating disruption near the line of scrimmage.
