Rest-of-Season Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
After recording a combined 7.5 sacks across his first three seasons in the NFL, Huff broke out with 10 sacks in his final year before free agency, earning him a three-year, $51.5 million deal with the Eagles. Not bad for a player who went undrafted. In fact, it's the largest contract for an undrafted non-QB in league history. The Eagles have a need for more pass rushing, as they dropped to 20th in the league in sacks last year and dealt Haason Reddick and his 11 sacks away to the Jets, which is Huff's former team. Cleared to practice
Philadelphia designated Huff (wrist) for return to practice from its injured reserve list Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Huff has missed the Eagles' last four games as he's recovered from a surgery on his left wrist, but it now looks like he's on track to return to action soon. Philadelphia will have 21 days to officially activate him before it would have to put him back on injured reserve for the rest of the year.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could be on move
Huff might be dealt at Tuesday's trade deadline, Tom Pelissaro of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
The edge rusher signed a three-year, $51.1 million contract with the Eagles this offseason, but he's managed just 1.5 sacks through eight games this season and has fallen into a rotational role. Huff also suffered a hand injury prior to Sunday's win over the Jaguars that limited him to only six snaps, which could complicate any trade talks. Philly GM Howie Roseman has never been afraid to make moves, though, and a number of teams are looking for pass-rush help ahead of the trade deadline.
