Terrance Carter

Carter comes over from Louisiana, where he was a menace to the tune of 48 catches for 689 yards and four touchdowns. The Big 12 better watch out, as the junior brings a rare combination of athleticism and size. Not only does he stretch the field, but he's also a great blocker, which should help provide a new dynamic to the already explosive Texas Tech offense. The Red Raiders are expected to use more 12 personnel (two tight ends), where they will put both Carter and Johncarlos Miller on the field, in 2025. Returning starter Behren Morton has a ton of weapons to throw at, including Coy Eakin, Caleb Douglas, and the versatile tight ends.
