ANALYSIS
Reese practicing indicates at least a chance he can be available during Baylor's next game, currently scheduled for Oct. 19 at Texas Tech. He has already sat out twice due to an undisclosed problem and will look to prevent a third consecutive DNP.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Reese emerged from Baylor’s typical committee approach at running back as a Freshman All-American and broke freshman school records for yards (972) and touchdowns (14). While it seems easy to peg Reese as a breakout star for 2023, it’s not quite that easy as Dominic Richardson transferred in from Oklahoma State and junior Qualan Jones still looms as a threat for carries. Baylor boasts arguably the best running backs room in the conference, and they are going to make sure to lean on their depth, so that quarterback Blake Shapen can be set up for success. Expect Reese, Richardson and Jones all to see significant carries and it could be inconsistent from game-to-game. With all of that said, only two running backs in the Big 12 had more rushing scores than Reese a year ago; Bijan Robinson (18) and Kendre Miller (17). The upside is real for the talented youngster.
