Livingstone entered the portal after two seasons at Texas even after a 29-catch, 516-yard, six-touchdown season. In his post announcing his transfer, he implied that it wasn't entirely his decision, which tracks when you consider the Longhorns are flirting with some of the top wideouts in the portal.
