Kamari Moulton

It's never fun to be the guy after the guy, but Moulton could be in a position to thrive in the spotlight. Replacing the production of Kaleb Johnson is certainly a tough task, but Moulton showed flashes of ability in 2024 as a secondary ballcarrier that should give Hawkeye fans reason for optimism, putting together 473 yards and three touchdowns on 5.6 yards per attempt. With South Dakota State transfer Mark Gronowski taking over under center, the Iowa offense could prove more explosive than in years past, allowing Moulton to blossom in his new role at the head of the backfield. Jaziun Patterson seems the likely candidate to serve as the No. 2 option in the Hawkeyes' backfield behind Moulton. Read Past Outlooks
