Josh Palmer

Palmer flashed his big play potential in 2018, averaging 21 yards per catch for the Vols. He managed just 23 receptions in total, though, finishing his sophomore campaign with 484 yards and two touchdowns through the air. Quarterback Jarrett Guarantano is returning, though that may not necessarily be a good thing. Guarantano completed fewer than 62-percent of his passes last year, notched just one 300-yard passing game and scored only 12 touchdowns in 12 games. As a result, Palmer will likely be a boom-or-bust candidate most weeks, particularly in the rough and tumble SEC.
