Hoover threw a pair of picks in his third consecutive game. Turnovers have become a problem for the sophomore quarterback as he's had nine of them in his last three games. This comes after he committed just one turnover in the Horned Frogs' first three games. If he's not able to turn this trend around, it's possible TCU turns to one of their back-up quarterbacks in future games. Hoover and the team will have a bye week to think it over before playing at Utah which has a good defense.
