Now, Boyer is expected to compete against Josh Kattus and Willie Rodriguez to be Kentucky's primary option at tight end. Even though both tight ends finished their 2024 seasons with a better output than that from Boyer, who did not log any counting stats this year, the two TEs output this year is not absurdly far off from their new teammate. In turn, this gives him at least a chance to be the Wildcats' go-to guy in that position.
