Hal Presley

Baylor is expected to have an improved offense in 2023 and a big reason why is all the weapons they have at the skill positions. After number one wideout Monaray Baldwin, Presley is set to jockey with sophomore Josh Cameron and Arkansas transfer Ketron Jackson as the second receiver for returning quarterback Blake Shapen. Shapen and Presley do have some familiarity with one another as the junior receiver posted 32 catches on 60 targets for 382 yards and four touchdowns last year. The question with Presley will be whether he can handle a larger workload as he has not posted more than four catches or 58 yards in any single game. With Baylor projected to contend in the Big 12 Conference, Presley will likely have the opportunity for bigger games if he does become the second option at receiver.
