ANALYSIS
Wells was arrested for an alleged DUI and reckless driving towards the end of the season for Oregon State. He'll look for a new program still with an arraignment scheduled in Benton County Circuit Court in Oregon, which may complicate his transfer process. The receiver caught 44 passes for 466 yards and four touchdowns this fall.
