Flanagan returned to the field on Saturday following a missed game against Louisville, though he failed to record a counting stat. The sophomore tight end has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury over the last few weeks, and though he was able to return, the issue is still clearly affecting his production. Flanagan will hope to continue his recovery and get back to 100 percent when the Fighting Irish travel to face Georgia Tech next week.
