Tillman announced he is declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft and will opt out of Tennessee's upcoming appearance in the Orange Bowl, Wes Rucker of 247Sports.com reports.

Tillman was one of the top wideouts in the breakout 2021 season for the Volunteers' offense, catching 64 of 90 targets for 1,081 and 12 touchdowns. While his production took a step back in 2022, as he was limited to just six appearances due to injury, he still projects to be one of the best pass-catching prospects in the upcoming NFL Draft. Tillman's absence will leave Tennessee even more short-handed with starting quarterback Hendon Hooker also out for the season due to a torn ACL. As a result, expect Ramel Keyton and and Squirrel White to take on bigger roles against Clemson on Friday, Dec. 30.
