Yacamelli logged the Badgers' final touchdown with a 30-yard run early in the fourth quarter, marking his first career touchdown. The redshirt junior logged 20 carries over the first three weeks of the season, but he's seen his workload shrink over the past two games. Oklahoma transfer Tawee Walker logged 19 carries Week 6 while shouldering a bigger workload in the absence of previous c0-starter Chez Mellusi, who stepped away from the program this week to focus on his rehab from lingering injuries. Meanwhile, true freshmen Darrion Dupree and Gideon Ituka both logged seven carries. With these recent developments in the depth chart, it looks like Yacamelli likely won't have as big of a workload moving forward.
