Talyn Shettron Injury: Misses spring ball

Shettron (undisclosed) sat out spring ball for Louisiana Tech, per Matt Belinson of the Ruston Daily Leader (via the G5 Hive podcast).

Shettron is expected to be a top wideout for the Bulldogs in 2026 after he spent the past three seasons with Oklahoma State. In 2025, even on a putrid Cowboys offense, he still managed to reel in 12 catches for 245 yards and one touchdown, averaging 20.4 yards per catch as a big play threat. However, his status for fall camp is up in the air.
