Kargman appears slated to handle Maryland's QB2 duties this season, per Testudo Times.

After a strong true freshman season, it was no secret that Malik Washington has a stranglehold on the Terps QB1 gig. Kargman appears to have staked his claim behind him, however, and looks to be the next man up. Kargman spent the past four seasons as a backup at Kent State.
