Kargman has transferred to Maryland for the 2026 season, 247 Sports reports.

Kargman will spend his fifth collegiate season as a walk-on with Maryland. He racked up 1,159 passing yards and an 8:6 TD:INT across four seasons with Kent State. He'll likely be toward the bottom of the Terrapins' depth chart.
