The dynamic running back/returner is stuck firmly behind Dedrick Mills in the backfield depth chart, but McAllister made the Stampeders' final roster in large part thanks to his ability as a returner. That was on full display Saturday as time expired in the first half, with the Charleston product taking an Alex Hale missed field-goal attempt all the way back for put a dent in what had been a 23-7 deficit.
