Duggan was released by the Argonauts earlier this month, but the signal-caller didn't waste time finding a new home. Duggan should compete for playing time under center, but he'll need to turn heads at training camp to have a shot at being part of the Ottawa roster by the time the 2026 season starts. However, seeing snaps as a QB1 might be difficult since he'll have to compete with the likes of Dustin Crum and Jake Maier for snaps under center.
