ANALYSIS
Watson appeared in seven games early on in the season, posting averages of eight points, 3.3 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.9 rebounds in 23.9 minutes per contest. Watson has not been able to heal properly from an apparent knee injury and will now sit out the rest of the year with the aim of securing a medical redshirt to return next season. He is expected to be a high-impact player once healthy again after starting all 30 games a season ago for UL-Monroe
