Abaev had a solid if not eye-popping freshman season with Cincinnati. The 6-foot-8 wing averaged 7.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists on 34/26/65 shooting splits. That efficiency can definitely be improved upon, and the young wing is still a work in progress. However, he'll return to his home state and immediately look to earn a starting role with the Seminoles.
