Declares for 2026 NBA Draft
Brown (back) has declared for the 2026 NBA Draft, according to Matthew McGavic of SI.com.
ANALYSIS
Brown was Louisville's top prize of the 2025 recruiting class, a five-star point guard that arguably ranked the best in the position. While healthy, he proved his worth, backed up by 18.2 points, 4.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds, 2.6 three-pointers made and 1.2 steals per game on 41.0/34.4/84.4 shooting splits. If anything, Brown's problem was staying healthy, as he barely scraped 20 games because of a persistent back issue that may remain a negative part of his high stock going into the 2026 NBA Draft. As long as Brown's injury is not debilitating, he is projected to be a lottery pick for his scoring and playmaking.
