Burks tallied at least 15 points for the third time in four games while making his presence known on the defensive end with a block and three steals to help UCF move to 5-3 in conference play. Burks shot at least 50-percent from the floor for the fifth time in six games while adding five boards in the winning effort. The transfer forward from Georgetown has had a solid first season in Orlando, starting all 20 games and averaging 12.5 points, 4.3 boards, 0.9 steals, 0.7 assists and 0.6 blocks while shooting 46.7-percent from the floor and 38.0-percent from downtown.
