Blackwell was essentially silent in the first half for the Badgers, who trailed by 18 points at halftime, a deficit that would eventually balloon to 20 before Wisconsin started a furious comeback. Just like he did in the first meeting between these two teams, Blackwell came alive in the second half, scoring the Badgers' final seven points, including what would ultimately be the dagger three-pointer. Obviously, Wisconsin would like its star junior guard to play like that all game, but he played his best when it mattered the most yet again.
