Blackwell was considered the top guard in the portal after a tremendous junior season at Wisconsin in which he averaged 19.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists while shooting 39 percent from deep. He'll play for Duke in his senior season, and should slide right in at the Blue Devils two-guard spot. Blackwell is one of the biggest transfer portal dominoes to fall yet, and he instantly upgrades Duke's roster significantly.
