James is back in the good graces of the program after some offseason drama led to his dismissal and ensuing reinstatement. He made his season debut Dec. 17, moved into the starting five Dec. 29, and has been seeing added run of late due to Kerr Kriisa managing a shoulder injury. That said, the Bearcats are just 8-8 on the season and 0-3 in Big 12 play, so the lineup will be susceptible to a shakeup, especially when Kriisa returns.
