Zimmerman made his return to action after missing each of the last six games for Quinnipiac due to a lower leg injury, and he did not disappoint. Despite playing just 24 minutes, the 6-foot-5 sophomore scored 18 points to go along with a rebound, two assists, three steals and a block in the team win. Zimmerman has been a force when healthy in his second season with the Bobcats, averaging 17 points and 3.2 rebounds per game across 10 contests this year. His next opportunity will come against St. Peter's on Wednesday.
