McIntosh was seen wearing tennis shoes and sweats not warming up, indicating his unavailability Thursday. Thus, his collegiate career continuing will have to be dependent on the Nevada team upsetting Dayton without him. If the Wolf Pack do win, they face No. 2 Arizona on Saturday. However, that is only if Nevada's team does so, and it will have to play Dayton without a player who went scorched earth by averaging 17.5 points across his last four games, not counting the one he got injured in.
