Pleta reached double figures in scoring for the second time in three games and the fourth time this season as the Cyclones pulled away in the second half against the Red Raiders. The reserve freshman big man has consistently been seeing minutes in the low to mid teens over the past month and a half and his development into a solid contributor off the bench is a potentially key development to make Iowa State that much more dangerous as the postseason progresses. However, he'll face a big challenge in Friday's semifinal matchup against Arizona, who boasts one of the most talented front courts in the country.
