Tiller returned to the starting lineup after being moved to the bench for one game and responded by putting together his best offensive output in over a month during Kansas' hard-fought win in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament. The 6-foot-11 freshman also proved valuable on the offensive glass, ripping down half of his eight rebounds on that end of the floor. Tiller's value hit a peak during a recent nine-game stretch between Jan 24 and Feb 23, averaging 11.0 points, 7.2 boards, 2.3 assists and 1.6 blocks during that stretch but he had seen his production dwindle to just 2.0, 5.3, 0.3, 0.7 in the three games prior to Thursday's effort. Up next is Houston in Friday's semifinal and while the Cougars remain one of the top defenses in the country, Tiller's confidence should be high considering he posted a double double the last time the teams met less than three weeks ago.
