Buchanan grabbed six of his 11 boards on the offensive end en route to compiling his second-consecutive double double during Iowa State's big win to close out the non-conference slate. The 16-point effort marked a season high for the 6-foot-10 junior, who made at least two-thirds of his shot attempts for the seventh-consecutive game. After starting the season with single-digit scoring totals in four of his first five performances, Buchanan has found his footing since, averaging 11.4 points, 7.6 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals across 26.3 minutes over the past eight games.
