Alijah Arenas

Arenas was 6-for-27 from the field over his first two collegiate games, but he was benched in the second half against Wisconsin after some poor first-half shot selection, and USC ended up mounting a comeback. He seemed to get the message in Wednesday's contest, as Arenas attempted far fewer shots, and the end result was his best shooting percentage to date, though it was an otherwise-empty stat line across 27 minutes. The freshman is still seemingly finding his role in the offense, but he should have a chance to contribute more in a favorable matchup against Rutgers on Saturday.
