2025 Fantasy Outlook
Siakam was one game away from becoming a two-time NBA champion, but Tyrese Haliburton's Achilles injury was too difficult for the Pacers to overcome in Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the Thunder. Still, Siakam delivered another strong fantasy campaign, finishing inside the top 50 in eight-category leagues for a seventh straight season. During his first full campaign in Indiana, Siakam's production looked a bit different compared to his time in Toronto. He recorded fewer assists and attempted fewer free throws, but his efficiency spiked, shooting at least 52 percent from the field for a second straight season while posting a career-high 38.9 percent mark from deep. He also scored at least 20 points per game for a sixth straight season and missed five or fewer regular-season appearances for the fourth time in his nine-year career. Despite making the championship, the Pacers are trending in the wrong direction with Haliburton out for the 2025-26 campaign. They also lost Myles Turner to the Bucks in free agency. That leaves a lot of production holes across the board. Siakam should be a leading candidate to absorb as much usage and responsibility as he can handle, especially given Kam Jones, Tony Bradley and Jay Huff were Indiana's only additions this offseason. The Pacers will be looking for internal development from Andrew Nembhard, Bennedict Mathurin, Aaron Nesmith, Johnny Furphy, Ben Sheppard and Obi Toppin, but Siakam should be the Pacers' go-to player. Siakam began the 2023-24 with the Raptors but was shipped to the Pacers in a mid-season trade. He did well in the new environment and helped lead Indiana to the Eastern Conference Finals, where they lost to the eventual champions. Siakam is set to continue building a legacy with the Pacers after signing a four-year deal in the offseason. He averaged an impressive 21.3 points on 54.9 percent shooting, 7.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 0.8 steals through 41 regular-season games with the Pacers, and he averaged 21.6 points on 54.1 percent shooting, 7.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 35.5 minutes per game during the postseason. Postseason and regular season combined, Siakam hit the 30-point mark on 13 occasions, including a season-high 39 points on 15-for-23 shooting, to go with 11 rebounds, seven assists and three steals in a home win with the Raptors over the Wizards in mid-November. He hauled in at least 10 rebounds in 18 games, including a high of 16. Siakam also showed his ability to be a strong distributor with 28 games dishing more than five assists and a minimum of 10 assists in two outings, including his only triple-double on the year, when he tallied 26 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in a home win with the Pacers over the 76ers in late January. Looking ahead, Siakam is set to lead the way for the Pacers as a key contributor on both ends of the floor. He should continue to thrive with their fast-paced style of play and excel in transition while running alongside a great distributor in Tyrese Haliburton.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Commended for strong leadership
General manager Chad Buchanan has been impressed with Siakam's growth as a leader during the 2025-26 campaign, Alex Golden of Sports Illustrated reports.
ANALYSIS
"He's developed a good pulse of the locker room. And when he talks, the entire locker room is listening because they have so much respect for what he's accomplished and how he carries himself every single day," said Buchanan when asked about Siakam taking the next step as a leader. "He's not into anything other than just wanting to hoop," Buchanan said. "KP and I talk all the time -- he's the most low-maintenance All-Star I've ever been around. Just give him a gym, give him structure, and he's good." It's certainly been a challenging season to this point for Siakam and the Pacers, who sit at 15-40 at the All-Star break. That hasn't stopped the star forward from producing at a high level, as he's averaging 23.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.1 steals in 51 appearances.
