ANALYSIS
Cisse made just eight appearances for the Mavericks following the All-Star break while he had limited availability due to his two-way contract, but he was productive when called upon with averages of 7.4 points, 10.3 rebounds, 1.4 blocks and 1.1 steals in 21.3 minutes per contest. The 23-year-old is slated to become a restricted free agent this summer, and Cisse likely showed enough potential for Dallas to retain him on another two-way deal, if not upgrade him to a standard NBA contract. When healthy, Dereck Lively (foot) and Daniel Gafford are projected to serve as the Mavericks' center tandem, but Cisse could enter next season third on the depth chart if Dallas chooses not to bring back impending unrestricted free agents Dwight Powell and Marvin Bagley.
