Gaining foothold in rotation
Lawson recorded two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), one rebound and one assist in 16 minutes Wednesday in the Raptors' 123-115 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
The two-way player has seen limited action at the NBA level this season, but he's been able to crack head coach Darko Rajakovic's rotation in each of the last four games, playing double-digit minutes in the last three contests. The Raptors will be getting Brandon Ingram (heel) back from a one-game absence for Friday's game in Memphis, but Lawson may still be able to maintain a spot in the second unit while Immanuel Quickley (foot) remains without a clear timeline for a return.
