Strzelecki relies on three pitches: a 93.5 mph fastball that he throws 53% of the time, along with a slider (33%) and changeup (14%). All three pitches produced a 30% whiff rate or higher as the rookie reliever impressed in his debut. Strzelecki struck out 40 over 35 innings (30 appearances) with solid ratios, but also walked 10.1% of the batters he faced. He did get some high leverage work late in the season when the Brewers were eliminated from playoff contention, recording a save and four holds.
