Betting on offense at Coors is usually a good idea, and Dan Marcus has continued that trend by highlighting a few Colorado bats.
Ryan Boyer runs through American League lineups in this new feature that showcases trends for each team, like Boston's Alex Verdugo being perched atop the Red Sox' batting order.

Cordero spent the past two seasons with the Red Sox before he was non-tendered early in the offseason, though he was quickly able to secure split deal with the Orioles. The 28-year-old played in a career-high 84 games for Boston in 2022 and saw most of his time at first base, though he also played plenty of the corner outfield and was a poor defender at all three spots. Cordero had a .697 OPS with eight home runs and a 33.5 percent strikeout rate in 275 plate appearances. He's unlikely to have more than a bench role if he makes Baltimore's Opening Day roster, and despite his solid power, his fantasy utility will likely remain limited due to his low average and high whiff rate, even if he ends up with a larger role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Promotion likely?
Cordero is with the Yankees in Seattle and could be added to the active roster ahead of Tuesday's game against the Mariners, per Randy Miller of The Newark Star-Ledger.
ANALYSIS
The 28-year-old hasn't seen action with the Yankees since late April but is on the cusp of rejoining the big club with Harrison Bader potentially landing on the injured list with a hamstring issue. Cordero hasn't produced much in his major-league opportunities this season and has a .151/.182/.396 slash line in 55 plate appearances, though he's crushed the ball at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre with a 1.016 OPS.
