Caleb Baragar

Baragar has spent most of his professional career as a starter but filled a relief role throughout his first season in the majors. The left-hander was almost completely off the radar heading into 2020, but he emerged as one of the Giants' most reliable bullpen arms, posting a 4.03 ERA and 0.99 WHIP while closing the campaign with 16 straight scoreless outings. He features a mid-90s four-seamer with 92nd-percentile spin that has the potential to be a plus pitch, though Baragar's 74.5% usage rate on the offering elicits some concern that hitters may begin to hone in on it if he continues to go to the well too often. With that in mind, Baragar could bring up his ho-hum 21.6K% by developing more faith in his curveball, which he also throws with excellent spin (93rd percentile). Baragar looks like a good bet to claim an Opening Day bullpen spot in 2021, though he's not currently an option as a fantasy asset.
