Bride was unsuccessful in his time with Oakland in 2023 as seen in a .490 OPS over 106 plate appearances, but he once again impressed in the minors with a .305/.432/.544 slash while with Triple-A Las Vegas. The Marlins will see if he can translate that success at the highest level, as they acquired the 28-year-old in February after he was designated for assignment. The right-handed hitting infielder has shown an impressive approach at the plate and offers minimal swing-and-miss in his profile, but he's struggled to make hard contact, and he's unlikely to be a player that offers much -- if anything -- in the stolen-base category. Bride will get a chance to win a roster spot with Miami, but even if he's successful, his role will make it impossible to have any sort of fantasy relevance. Read Past Outlooks
