Curry served as a long man and occasional spot starter for the Guardians last season, covering 95 innings in 41 appearances (nine starts). The results were a mixed bag as Curry thrived at home (2.98 ERA) but struggled away from Progressive Field (5.53 ERA). He had major issues with same-side pitching. While the right-hander showed some promise in relief, he does not possess the stuff to project as a back-of-the-bullpen arm. His breaking pitches are OK, but Curry averaged just 92.5 mph on his fastball last season, with a 16.6 K%. Chances are, the 25-year-old will do a lot of mopping up until he shows he's worthy of more important innings. Read Past Outlooks
