Milwaukee acquired the 29-year-old from Oakland last December and gave him a spot in their Opening Day bullpen. By mid-May, he jumped into a setup role that he'd settle into over the remainder of the season. Payamps showcased an improved walk rate (5.9%) and strikeout rate (26.8%) that spiked nearly 10 percent from prior outputs.
