Leo Rivas

28-Year-Old Second Baseman2B
Seattle Mariners
2026 Fantasy Outlook
The Mariners had six different players make at least 10 starts at second base for them last season, and Rivas was third on that list with 20 starts at the keystone (he also made an additional four starts between shortstop and right field). Thanks to an 18 percent walk rate, Rivas finished with a robust .387 on-base percentage across 48 contests, but his lowly 19.7 percent hard-hit rate ranked 480th out of 486 players with at least 50 batted-ball events. Rivas had a robust OBP in the minors, too, at .390, but with a 34 percent swing rate that was 460th out of 461 players with 100-plus plate appearances, he was very passive and likely would get overexposed if given more playing time. As things currently stand, the 28-year-old appears in line for reserve infielder duty again in 2026. Read Past Outlooks
