Nick Loftin

Loftin was unable to crack the Royals' Opening Day roster in 2025 but bounced back between Triple-A and the majors. He produced a .908 OPS across 197 plate appearances in the minors, which dipped noticeably in the majors to an OPS of .635 in 188 PAs. Loftin has the utility to play multiple positions in the infield and outfield and should see major-league action in 2026, even if he isn't a part of Kansas City's Opening Day roster.
