Erick Fedde News: Working behind opener Wednesday
Fedde is slated to pitch in bulk relief behind opening pitcher Chris Murphy in Wednesday's game against the Guardians, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.
Fedde remains part of the rotation, but the White Sox have taken a liking to deploying him behind an opener in recent weeks. He'll work out of the bullpen for the sixth time in his last seven appearances, likely entering the contest in the second or third inning once Murphy departs.
